The 11th edition of Greenberg's Handbook of Neurosurgery is in press and will be available soon. I designed the cover illustration (shown here) which is a collage of the human brain constructed from over 75 individual elements, some are medical imaging studies and some are non-medical objects. Stay tuned as I hope to sponsor a fun contest with a cash prize based on this illustration.
Inside the book you will find lots of updates and new material. I am really excited about the new edition, and we are planning a book signing at the annual meeting of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons in Washington, D.C. on Monday, November 2nd, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. I hope to meet some of you then (no purchase necessary!).
